NLS GIVES BACK

NLS’ SMALL TOWN ROOTS RUN DEEP

Born and raised in a small town, our President has grown his empire across Western Canada through GCS Energy Services Ltd, but his generosity and sense of community hold strong and NLS Welding & Contracting Inc. continues to share in the same manner of charity and kindness. Together, we take great pride in giving back to the communities we live and work in. Giving back to communities that have fostered the growth and success of the company, is just a small way we can say thanks.

SOME OF THE CLUBS, ORGANIZATIONS, AND EVENTS NLS SUPPORTS ARE:

  • Pipeline of Dreams Golf Tournament
  • Saskatchewan Indian Institute of Technologies/Gabriel Dumont Institute of Native Studies and Applied Research
  • Prairie Women on Snowmobiles
  • United Way Campaign Regina

FEEL GOOD STORIES

  • PIPELINE OF DREAMS

NLS is a longstanding sponsor of the Pipeline of Dreams Golf Tournament which supports the pediatric services in our community through the Hospitals of Regina Foundation. In 2017, the tournament raised over $40,000.00, and since 2005, has raised over $700,000.

  • GABRIEL DUMONT INSTITUTE AND S.I.I.T

NLS is recognized for its participation with the Saskatchewan Indian Institute of Technologies and the Gabriel Dumont Institute of Native Studies and Applied Research, employing skilled individuals who have completed the Welding Applied Certificate Program. We are proud to help foster the careers of these hardworking individuals and help mentor them through this trade. Their success is our success!

  • PRAIRIE WOMEN ON SNOWMOBILES

NLS is a proud supporter of the Prairie Women on Snowmobiles. Prairie Women on Snowmobiles is a non-profit organization that completes a 1400+ km ride each year across Saskatchewan to raise funds for the Canadian Cancer Society and breast cancer research, raising over 2.3 million dollars to date. This group of strong and dedicated women including survivors rally together for a cause that affects each of us in some way, and are very thankful for their efforts to the cause.
